Policies

Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below.  Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing experience with us.  It is improtant to us to offer the best care for our clients.

Therapists:  All Aluria Medical Spa therapists are New Jersey State licensed and trained at Aluria Medical Spa.

Booking Appointments:  Treatments are by appointment only. Please call 609-975-6565 to book all appointments. 

Payment Information: We accept credit cards (American Express, Mastercard, and Visa) cash, money orders, personal checks and Aluria Medical Spa gift certificates.  CareCredit is also available, please ask for more information.

Tipping:  Industry standard for tipping is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.  Please Note- unfortunately we cannot add gratuity to credit cards or checks.

Refunds:  We are sorry, Spa Treatments and Gift Certificates are not refundable.

For cancellations, 48 hours is appreciated. To avoid fee, 24 hours notice is required. No-shows will be charged 100% of service fee.

Punctuality is important to us. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment.  We cannot guarantee enough time to complete services for clients who arrive late.

Aluria Spa is a place of serenity. Please turn off all cell phones when entering the spa area.
